What we do
Glass is the whole job, not a sideline
Cascade Autoglass is a Casino windscreen repair and replacement business. We will provide a complete windscreen replacement, or we can repair small cracks and chips.
Windscreen replacements
A complete windscreen replacement, fitted properly and bonded to spec. If your glass is beyond repairing, this is the job we do most.
Auto window replacements
Door glass, quarter glass and rear windows. Tempered side and rear glass shatters into thousands of pieces, so it always needs replacing rather than repairing.
Automotive glass
All automotive glass, as it says on the van. Cars, utes, vans and light commercials, whatever the glass is and wherever it sits on the vehicle.
Insurance work
All insurance work handled. Bring us the claim and we will get on with the job, so you are not the one chasing paperwork between the insurer and the fitter.
Camera recalibration
Your car's safety camera lives on the windscreen
Most cars built in the last decade have a forward facing camera mounted behind the glass. It is what feeds lane keeping, adaptive cruise and autonomous emergency braking. Take the windscreen out and put a new one in, and that camera is no longer looking exactly where the manufacturer set it.
It has to be recalibrated against a target board before those systems can be trusted again. Plenty of places will fit you a windscreen and then send you somewhere else, often out of town, to get that done.
We do it here. The board, the wheel clamps and the rig are set up in our own workshop, so the glass and the calibration are one visit rather than two.

Insurance
All insurance work, handled from this end
It says All Insurance Work on the side of the van because that is the bulk of what comes through the door. If your glass is covered, you should not be the one stuck in the middle passing messages between the insurer and the fitter.
Ring with your claim and we will get on with it. And if you are paying for it yourself, ask about a repair first. Filling a chip before it runs is a much smaller job than replacing the whole screen.

Where we go
Casino, and about fifty kilometres in every direction
The workshop is on West Street in Casino, but a fair bit of the work happens in other people's driveways, yards and work car parks. If you cannot safely drive the car to us, say so when you ring and we will sort something out.
